Data Deletion

Azeredo Paixão, Lda. ("LaCarte") gives you full control over the data connected to your account, including any Google or Facebook login you used to sign in.

1. Disconnect a social login (keep your account)

If you signed in with Google or Facebook and want to remove that connection while keeping your LaCarte account:
  1. Sign in at lacarte.io/bo.
  2. Go to Profile → Connected accounts.
  3. Click Disconnect next to Google or Facebook.
We immediately remove the link to that social account (the provider's user id) from your profile. So you don't lock yourself out, make sure you have a password set or another login connected first — the app will tell you if disconnecting would leave you with no way to sign in.

2. Delete your entire account and data

To permanently delete your LaCarte account and the personal data associated with it, email [email protected] from the address on your account (or include your account email in the message). We will verify the request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g. invoicing and tax obligations).

3. What gets deleted

  • Your profile — name, email, avatar, and any linked Google/Facebook ids.
  • Your menus, categories, products and uploaded images.
  • Billing records are kept only for as long as the law requires, then removed or anonymized.

4. About Facebook & Google data

We do not keep an ongoing connection to Facebook or Google. When you sign in we verify the login once and store only your basic profile (id, name, email, avatar). Disconnecting (section 1) removes the stored social id; full deletion (section 2) removes everything.
